Products: Margarine or vegetable butter is a type of edible fat that is made through a process based on vegetable oils and has high nutritional value and fatty acids needed by the body as well as many vitamins and is divided into several main categories.
Margarine has two main categories: Industrial and Table margarin or Breakfast margarin.
- Table margarin: Table margarin has a softer texture and has a texture that can be spread on breakfast or evening bread, which in Iran is sometimes called “spread” margarine. Table margarine is usually yellow in color and has a natural taste and aroma. Table margarine is used in the packaging industry in the form of restaurant butter in Form–fill–seal single containers or in the form of molded butter in aluminum foil.
- Industrial margarin: This type of vegetable butter is mainly used in the dairy industry due to its high nutritional value and to promote the health of some dairy products while preserving the taste and texture. It is also used in the production of ice cream, confectionery cream and pizza cheese and is generally white. White industrial margarine is flowing at normal temperatures and molds in the refrigerator. Both main batches of margarine are marketed in 10 kg cartons.
- Shortening: Shortening or Confectionery oil is also prepared on the basis of vegetable oils and due to its flexibility, high consistency and crystalline texture, it is widely used in various food industries, including confectionery, chocolate, flour, sugar, and the production of chips and hamburger processing. This product is offered in solid form in 16 kg cartons and it is generally white and odorless.
